Dr. Nadine Richards is the founder of Nadine Inspires®, an executive advisory firm serving governing boards, CEOs, presidents, heads of school, and executive leadership teams. Her work integrates scholarship, executive practice, governance, and systems thinking to help institutions make better decisions and build capacity that endures beyond any one leader.

Years of serving as a superintendent, head of school, executive leader, and governance advisor revealed a recurring pattern. Institutions rarely struggled because leaders lacked commitment or intelligence. More often, they struggled because decisions were made from an incomplete understanding of the conditions shaping performance.
